Description of Artifact: This is a picture of some public speaking tips that are very useful. 

Learning Outcomes/Specific Skills that Artifact Demonstates: These tips are useful for me because they are very helpful. The picture shows how making eye contact with the audience can help you connect with everyone and how hand gestures "add effect to your speech". It is also important to pace your voice and change the one to add emphasis to make your speech or presentation sound more exciting to listen to. 

Challenges or Areas for Continued Learning: I need to work more on my pace and using more hand gestures.
